Nolan Myers has been a CEO startup who built a highly effective 25-person team spanning 8 countries and time zones. He’s scaled operations between US- and India-based teams that increased scale by 100x and achieved five-nine quality standards. He invented and holds three patents on a product that brought in tens of millions of ARR and became the backbone of a digital transformation for most major US publishers and were widely deployed at Starbucks, McDonald’s and Whole Foods. He built a product that was utilized by over half of the public school students in California. He’s led teams as a CEO, VP of Customer Success, Operations, and Product.
Most importantly, he’s learned many ways to help people from a wide background of experiences and cultural expectations to form into cohesive and effective teams.
